SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY! The Green Initiative Fund is proud to announce the inaugural Fall 2020 Brian Gialketsis SERQueer Scholarship, in honor of Brian Gialketsis, our late TGIF Coordinator. $1,000 scholarships will be rewarded to five students. Our COVID Emergency Fund has limited funding left. We are now making these funds available for all UC Berkeley sustainability projects that have been impacted by COVID-19. Funding will be allocated on a rolling basis. Mentors will help guide mentees to attain personal, academic, and career achievements in the field of environmental sustainability. Apply now! Apply to our Environmental Justice Student At-Large and Undergraduate Student At-Large Committee Representative positions! These are PAID STUDENT POSITIONS. Applications due Friday, October 2nd, 2020 at 5pm. Applications can be found on our website: https://tgif.berkeley.edu/committee/ The TGIF Committee is the decision-making body for The Green Initiative Fund. The Committee chooses which projects receive money, approves changes to awards, and guides the general direction of TGIF.
