Due the generosity of our donors and the inability to distribute clothing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept clothing donations at this time. If you are able to hold on to any clothing donations, we will update you when we are able to accept them again. We can still accept large household item donations, just not clothing. At Family Assistance Program, we believe everyone has an inalienable right to dignity and respect. We have worked towards this goal for many years. We are sadde...ned to be reminded that the Watts riots, the Rodney King riots and countless protests have not made a significant change in our country. We still live in a nation where people of color are substantially more likely to be stopped, searched, arrested, and incarcerated. Many of our staff, clients and board members have participated in protests and will continue to participate in them. We pledge to speak against racism and discrimination of any kind.
