Hello GPC! Over the next few weeks we will be worshipping from home! We find ourselves in difficult and unprecedented times. As your church leadership, we are grateful for everyone’s flexibility and willingness to worship together in creative ways. As much as we love being together, right now the most loving thing we can to do is to care for the needs of our neighbors and community by not spreading the virus. While we know that God protects us, we also know that protection ...comes through the thoughtfulness and care of our community. By not gathering together, we are demonstrating that we value the health and lives of those around us, especially those who are most vulnerable. However, just because we won’t be together for worship service, doesn’t mean that we can’t worship Jesus! Over the next few weeks we will be sending you services that you can go through on your own time There will be prayers, sermons, and links to songs for you to listen to and reflect on. You can go through this on your own, or, if you live with other people or family members, you can gather around and go through the services together! Divide up the liturgy and roles! Maybe even read the sermon and prayers aloud! Recognize that the Spirit of the Lord is present with you, as close as your next breath. God is with us wherever we might be, be it in storm, valley, or upended sea. He journeys with us through the wilderness, and his faithful and enduring love never fails. While we might not meet in person, your elders, deacons and staff are available to talk on the phone, email, or text. Just reach out! Due to concerns about the Corona Virus pandemic, there will be no church-sponsored events at GPC’s campus until April 5. This includes, but not limited to: our Sunday worship service and classes, all bible studies, and other small groups that meet on the church campus.... The Lord is in our midst. He is our refuge and strength, and an ever-present help in trouble. We ask you to join in praying for healing for those who are exposed to, or who have the virus, for the stamina of health care professionals and other public servants. We will be offering at-home worship experiences via email. If you would like to receive these and are not already on our email list please let us know! Grace and Peace

Our All Church Retreat is exactly ONE WEEK away! Are you getting excited, yet? A reminder: As you prepare and pack, make sure to bring bug spray and protective clothing.It will be cold at night, and there are nasty, tiny critters out there. We care about you and your health and safety!
