District 8 is full of wonderful female leaders! The next Leading Lady we would like to recognize is Sylvia Mendoza! Sylvia is the owner of the Beauty Spot, an Evergreen family-owned business that first opened its doors in 1990. She has always believed in giving back to our community through several fundraisers over the years, including The National Breast Cancer Foundation, City of Hope, and food and toy drives during the holidays. Thank you Sylvia for over thirty years of going above and beyond to serve our District 8 community!
