Things often get worse before they get better... the floor was not level so we pulled up the subfloor to see what needed fixing, it needs everything... the house is sitting in the dirt. so excess dirt needs to be excavated, concrete piers are added and over 30 linear feet of footing was missing... never seen that before... so we have to support the whole house and pour a new footing.
