ZOOM WARRIOR ============ Although you may think you have been isolated, this week I learned we can all still be more connected than ever. Over the last couple ...of days, I had the honor to give motivational talks to over 400 of the warriors of 14 different TFWs in the US States of New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, California as well as in Finland, Iceland and England. One of the most common questions I received was, "How do you stay motivated during these tough times?" My answer: "By knowing my purpose and spending my time trying to help others solve their current challenges." I couldn't be more proud of my TFW network and how they have all banded together during this crisis. It has been a great reminder that your obstacles seem smaller when you are part of something bigger.

GROSS ANATOMY ============== I have been asked on a number of interviews lately how I am dealing with the current situation and if I can give suggestions how p...eople can navigate through this challenge. I remind them that training certain pieces of your anatomy are critical right now. Here is some areas of the body I recommend you "exercise" in order to help yourself and others: 1. HANDS Right now, everyone can use a little motivation. Make sure that even though you can't touch them, people you love know your grip is there to pick them up. 2. EARS Right now, you need to listen as much as you speak. Ask people how they are doing and just let them talk. No one should be worrying alone. 3. SKIN Right now, make sure your skin is "thick." With the negativity and anger all around us, be sure not to be pierced by it. 4. EYES Right now, choose wisely what you are looking for. If you are searching for bad news, you are sure to find it. The same is true for good news too. 5. BACK Right now, you have to carry the weight of some people who are not dealing with this challenge well. Although they may seem "heavy" at times, don't forget their importance in your life.
