First big clean up of 2021. We knocked out the park yesterday and into night. Over 2500 trailers and 9 hostlers to logisticaly move trailers from loading docks and parking areas. Thanks to Cliff Donald John and myself for getting it done. 3 schwarze sweepers big to small. Donald and Cliff blowing docks with Billy goat.

Little commercial property maintenance today. Graffiti removal and area clean up pressure washing.

Late night comercial parking lot cleaning. William Land Golf Club. Years of plant vegetation and trash. Simply Cleaner!!! We packed the hopper to the roof one full load.

Emergency hydraulic oil cleanup for one of our top notch customer today. They attempted to clean up before we arrived. Then wanted us to sweep the wet oily area that had puddles of oil. Before a bad situation was made worse, I had to call in and have our shop bring out 20 bags of supper fine absorbent. Thank you Reilly for jumping and bring out the bags of absorbant. Then getting in and spreading it out. They may want us to supper wash after but the oil is up and they are ready to park on again.

Just a little plug and play action in the 110 heat the past two days.

Just another cleaned parking lot. The school is already now for graduation ceremonies tomorrow.

Out with the old and in with the New Thanks to Donovan and Reilly getting it out mid day. Also big thanks to AG TRAMMISION REPAIR of Oakdale Ca for making the connections to get the transmission and TCM in less than 6 hours. From time Donovan called around 930am and I picked up by 230pm at their shop. They would have delivered but they are a guy short on holiday week. Frank made sure our new TCM was correctly programmed to the old one and was all good to go. They have one of the nicest and cleanest shops I have been in. Top notch service. They have our buisness for all transmission work. We have used them in the past and once again they have come through to help with the cost on the transmission saving us money.

30min Bearing challenge $100.00 to both for busting it out. Zac and Reilly made it happen at the end of shift. Normally we would wait till morning but we are busy and have to get it done before 6am.

Nothing but getting down and dirty. Scott and Donnie got the dirty dirt award of the day. Dirt was on top of old recycled millings that broke up over 5 years. 1 to 2 inches of loose powder and rock removed. Little over 60 yards total in 10 hours between the Mechanical and a Vacuum in preparation for a dust control oil solution to be applied. The Schwarze A7000 Tornado looked like an actual Tornado today. Thank you guys, the customer was extremely impressed with the results.

Little something to read about.

Built new gutter broom bracket for M6 Avalanche. Just want more gutter broom wear. Even machined the rings that hold the bushings. Fun project. Will be building more soon.

Little 08 Bear repair. Another company had us work on their sweeper. The right side wall needed major reapir work. We refabed a new wall that we cut out on our CNC table. Then mounted the new plate plus added an extra AR wear plate on the inside. New chains,sprokets,rubbers, pins, bushings and bearings on main broom. This Bear is ready for summer now.
