SUP Yoga California

Santa Barbara has banned all SUP yoga activities within their district. It is with great sadness that SUP Yoga California will not be reopening this season. I am currently in search of another option and would love your ideas if you have any. I know there are many disappointed mermaids and mermen that were looking forward to another sunny season of SUP yoga. #roughwatersahead #politics #unfortunateevents #justkeepswimming

I will be teaching a donation yoga class tomorrow at Divinitree Yoga and Arts Studio. We will be accepting donations for the children of CASA of Santa Barbara. Please join me in helping these children have a Merry Christmas.

Santa Barbara Yogis & those that just want to GIVE this holiday season, I'm teaming up with Jessica McRee this Saturday to teach a heart opening yoga flow. You can bring a toy or a monetary donation in exchange for a 90 minute yoga session. All proceeds will go to the children of CASA.
