We had some wild winds at the ranch today, so Corey’s riding lesson got changed to a lunging lesson. Corey did a great job & Chance was a good listener. Watch as Corey changes his horse’s direction, then guides him into a trot!

Ms. Sue (Susan Leggitt) ponied Bella with Jazz yesterday! The horses enjoyed it & it’s so good for Bella to have a change of pace & companions in her rehab walks

We are so blessed to have many long-term relationships with our students & volunteers! Corey & Mr. Bob have been pals for 10+ years. It’s a gift that we all get to experience life together, learn from each other, & bring joy to each others’ lives

We’ve had another really hot week at the ranch. We try to keep the horses cool & happy with baths & grazing in the shade

Due to some health-related issues, we didn’t see Mary at the ranch for a few weeks. Yesterday she commented about how long it’s been since she’s ridden and HOW GOOD it felt to be back on a horse!
