My team and I at Studio Hinrichs are excited to share the recently-debuted brand we created for The Economic Club of New York, in partnership with David Placek ...of Lexicon Branding. The Club had the intention of refreshing their image and broadening their audience, so we created a pair of contemporary and clear-reading icons. These are currently being used across the Club's digital and print communications. The ECNY has an inspiring mission; they invite experts and leaders from across the globe to discuss today's most important issues. The opening of Wanxin Zhang: The Long Journey exhibit at the Museum of Craft and Design on Friday was truly inspiring. The show is a survey of Wanxin Zhang’s ce...ramic sculptures from 2006 to 2017, and will run through July 14, 2019. Studio Hinrichs was engaged to design the catalog highlighting his work, and is for sale at the museum. Thank you to Museum Executive Director, JoAnn Edwards, and Curator, Ariel Zaccheo, for being instrumental in creating this piece. We’re pleased to learn that the latest Graphis design annual awarded nine medals to Studio Hinrichs. Thanks to our clients Sappi North America, ArtCenter College of Design, US Postal Service, the SF Museum of Craft and Design, and Classic Color for letting us do our best work, and to my design team Dang Nguyen, Carrie Cheung and Sarah Gardner for seeing each project through.
