Good news Stargazers!!!! I can officially start taking clients with a drs note. You have to bring in a paper referral stating that your dr recommends massage therapy. Can be from any dr or chiropractor. Contact me for more info/clarification and to set up your appointment.

Ok guys, it looks like I should be able to work on you with a dr’s referral. I’m waiting to get confirmation from the county and the city officials so I will let you know for sure ASAP. I’m also trying to get all of these inspections at the new place out of the way so when they give me the green light I can start working again right away. Stay tuned! I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may put on you but, at least you will be able to get your massages, hopefully.

I just want to address a few things as I get ready to re-open... 1. Starting the week of 7/6/2020 I will start having set hours of operation: Tuesday’s/Wednesday’s I will be open 10am-2pm & 4pm-9pm, Friday’s 9am-1pm & 3pm-7pm and Saturday’s 11am-4pm. Closed Sundays, Monday’s and Thursdays. I will have 3hrs of hands on time before and after my breaks with enough time between clients to allow for the new cleaning guidelines. 2. The new guidelines are requiring the clients and... practitioner to wear a mask and temperatures will be taken when you arrive. (Not my policy, please don’t yell at me) 3. I am going digital so when you book your appointment please include your email address and forms will be sent ASAP. Please fill out intake and consent forms BEFORE your appointment! Failure to do so may result in a cancelation of your appointment. If you do not have access to a smart phone or computer you can fill out your forms in house just be sure to come early enough so it doesn’t interfere with your hands on time. If you have already digitally filled out an intake form,new ones will not be required however a new consent form might. I will be reaching out this week to those of you who have an appointment next week and haven’t filled out my digital intake forms yet. 4. If you are feeling sick at all, even if it’s allergies, please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. I am waiving cancelation fees for now but holding firm to no-shows being charged 100%. Just call or text me to avoid any charges. 5. I’m putting a freeze on selling gift certificates for now. Ones that have already been purchased, I’m extending the expiration date for 4 months to allow for the time I was shut down. 6. Mobile appointments are also on hold until further notice. 7. On a personal note, I have been experiencing some neurological issues for awhile now. Yes I am under a drs supervision, no it is not covid related. I may need to unexpectedly move your appointment to accommodate out of town dr appointments. If you have ever dealt with our wonderful healthcare system, you might know sometimes we don’t have a choice when our appointments will be we just have to take what they give us in order to be seen ASAP. I want to apologize in advance IF this happens to you. I will give as much notice as possible and reschedule you ASAP. Just wanted to give you all a heads up. Hi guys! Just wanted to give a quick update. The board has still not released us to work and the Space, where I was renting a room, has decided to no longer have massage therapy offered there. As I wait for the board to release us I’m working on finding a new space for you all to come to. I was planning on doing mobile until I found a spot, once allowed, but after reading the new guidelines, they are prohibiting mobile massage until the county is free from covid19. I’m workin...g on a few things here in the meantime. One of which would be converting the freestanding garage in my backyard into a small studio. Many of my clients live in Tulare and Visalia so I just wanted to get some thoughts and opinions on coming here for your sessions. I am in Tulare for those of you who do not know. I’m sure many of you are wondering what the county’s decision to open up means for stargazers. I woke up to an email from the massage board today and this was at the top. Needless to say I am still unable to open but will reach out once I am able to. Thank you for your patience!

I just wanted to share with you a snippet from the last email I got from the California massage therapy council. With this new 4 phase plan the governor rolled out yesterday it looks like I am in phase 3 which means stargazers will probably not be able to reopen for months. I am taking the councils lead on this. As soon as they give me the green light, I will reach out and let you all know. Until then I cannot do anything that might jeopardize my license so please don’t ask.... I miss you all terribly and if you are in desperate need of some therapeutic touch; find a family member and hit me up. I’ll walk you through some techniques you can try on each other via FaceTime or some other video conferencing app to hopefully get you through until I can work on you again. I said I was going to keep going until they shut me down... I received an email from the California massage therapy council today strongly suggesting we immediately stop all hands on services until further notice. I’m very sorry!! Once all this craziness dies down and we know we are out of danger those who have appointments I have to move, will have priority scheduling.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to do a quick check in and see how you all are doing. Like most of you I’m not sure what to think of the craziness that’s happening in the world right now but I want to let you know I am taking it seriously.
