Second Graders were treated to an awesome virtual field trip today with a naturalist and educational animals from the Effie Yeaw Nature Center! We took a walk through Kamphefner Library while it’s decked out in all its spooky glory for Halloween! Mrs. Bakken relied on students’ help this year by hosting the first ever Halloween Art Contest for grades Pre-K through 7th. We love it! Paint, glitter, crayons, murals and diaramas... oh my!

Our colorful 1st graders enjoyed creating a little en plein air art today...

We’re so excited for the first day of school on Wednesday ! Our awesome Pre-K class will be in-person and on campus! Our fabulous K-8 students will begin the year distance learning as we await Placer County’s graduation from the Watch List. ... We are poised and ready for a GREAT year... with new distance learning technology, santization and social distancing procedures AND our consistent devotion to students, extraordinary faculty, and most of all...
