A PEEK INTO PASTOR’s SECRET PLACE: Think about the day you got saved. Think about how much time has past since your salvation. Think about how many days, months, years, or decades have come and gone since you believed. Now, think about how much you’ve grown. Is your life, witness, and testimony better than before or have you fallen back to walking in the ways of your old man? As I finished the book of II Corinthians and began the book of Galatians, Paul made this statement th...at provoked me to ask myself the same questions that I asked you. Galatians 1:6-7 says, I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. Are you growing in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ or are you so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ into another gospel: Which is not another... I sadly see believers get saved and then after some time fall into bad doctrine by studying more on the internet, YouTube, and reading books by popular ministers, yet reject the teachings of their own church where they came to repent, believe the Gospel, and know Christ in the first place. Doctrine matters. Paul began this letter to the churches in Galatia informing them that they were walking away from where they needed to be. Friends, everything that glitters is not real gold. Fools gold does exist. Deception is real. We must pray for the wisdom and guidance from the Holy Ghost. We must find and follow Paul as he follows Christ. Your pastor may not be like these internet or YouTube ministers, but if he is living and preaching the Gospel, I beseech you to turn those others off, pray for your pastor, listen to your pastor, serve with your pastor, and follow him as long as he is following Him. #Selah #NeverLetUp #EDWJ

A PEEK INTO PASTOR’s SECRET PLACE: Tomorrow is the Lord’s day. One way we show our thankfulness to the Lord, praise Him, and worship Him is by paying our tithes and giving our offerings. Sadly, this is one area of great failure in the lives of many believers. All Mighty God blesses abundantly His children, and yet many do not worship God with a portion of their increase. Tithes and offerings are a way we prove our love to Him. We show our thankfulness and our trust in Him by... faithfully bringing our gifts to the storehouse. Paul addresses giving in his letter to the church of God at Corinth: II Corinthians 9:6-7 says, But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. Tomorrow as you have an opportunity to give, consider this. Sparingly or bountifully? Grudgingly, necessity, or cheerfully?
