Courts are mostly closed to the public, but the gears of justice are still turning and we’re still grinding for our clients. It’s a great time to file that expungement petition you’ve been thinking about. If you have an outstanding warrant and / or you owe a short jail sentence, now is also a great time to request house arrest, community service or some other alternative sentence.

All OC courts are closed from today at least through the end of the month. Our office will remain open for the rest of this week, then we’ll close down for the week of 3/23 - 3/27. I will have access to email and voicemail during that time.

We are open as usual. Many of our colleagues are temporarily closing their firms in an abundance of caution. As long as the courts are operating, however, we will continue to advocate for our clients.
