I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. They came out quickly, got me the estimate quickly. They did not promise the moon but found the same problem other contractors found. They actually did it for a reasonable price and were very quick and professional. Even after I paid the crew, they went back up on the roof to replace two more broken tiles they noticed on the way down. They were very thorough, going above and beyond to make sure they found and fixed the problem. The next day after they fixed it a big rain storm came, and there was no more leak. All is dry again. Update 718 Company has been very good about sending someone to work on leaks as necessary. Seems as though everything is patched up and time will tell if my sunroom will survive the next rainy season without any further problems. I still enjoy my sunroom, but can only give 4 stars because of the rocky start and all the inconvenience the leaking has caused. I love the sunroom I had built a couple years ago, but it leaks EVERY single time it rains. SCC have been out to fix it e...ach time, but this recent rainfall not only brought a couple reoccurring leaks around the base, onto the floor, but water is now dripping from the center of the ceiling fan, through where chain hangs. This particular problem is a concern (fire hazard) to me, so I called as soon as I noticed the problem. I'm starting to get a bit impatient and annoyed waiting to have a leak-proof sunroom because I paid a lot of money for it and find these leaks unacceptable. SSC are probably just as tired of coming out to patch up the leaks every time it rains, but I don't think it's too much to ask that the job I hired them for be done right. I just called about the problem today and was told it usually takes up to 48 hours just to get a service appointment, but they may be able to call earlier because of my particular problem. I'm only able to remain calm about this because no rain is forecasted after tomorrow, but I hope the next patch-up job will be the last because I'm tired of being inconvenienced with these repairs every time it rains. Will update my rating again after I see what happens next. SoCal contractors just completed a total backyard remodel for me. That included a patio cover, pavers, artificial turf, planting, painting, and a myriad of other little jobs to complete the picture. I was thrilled with the end result.... absolutely beautiful. The owner, Adrian, was so helpful in the design and his frequent stops to check on work being done. One of the best parts of this project was that I didn't have to worry about getting different contractors for the different parts of this job. It was a one stop, does it all kind of situation. We talked to several companies and got quotes from them all. Guardian Roofing did SO much due diligence - spent more time (and even tested our roof pad for asbestos on their own dime due to the year of our old roof) than anyone else and were much more knowledgeable. Also very competitive pricing and VERY honest They got the roof finished more quickly than we had even hoped for. Everything was coordinated to the minute. I never realized what would go in to this process YI...KES Geez for the tear off of the old roof I think they had 8 to 10 guys here. We had a leak in our maxi-tile roof. We had had a previous company whom we found on the internet but did not research reviews come and attempt to repair the leak 1 year ago. They tested the repaired area with a garden hose and it appeared to have been fixed. However, after the 1st rain that we received, the leak was not repaired and it leaked so bad that it damaged our interior paint on the wall. We could not get this company to return our calls and come back and fix the... leak. We researched on the internet and discovered Guardian who had positive reviews and a guarantee. Nick came out for an inspection and offered a very reasonable quote. The work was done and tested with a garden hose just like before. It did not leak. However, after the 1st rains in November, it leaked again. We called Nick and he scheduled Mario, the person who had done the repairs to come back. Mario came as scheduled and removed the tile and found an area that had been overlooked on a seam. He made the repairs and sealed the seam. After the next rain, there was no leak. We are happy with the final repairs and thank Guardian for being honest and standing by their guarantee. See more

If i ever need a roof repair, I will definitely use Guardian Roofing. They did excellent work, paid attention to detail, were professional, and were fairly priced. We had a leak on our garage roof Guardian did it in a week or less.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. They tore off all the old junk and replaced instead of doing a useless repair as we had done 2 times before with another company. This time there are no leaks.

The crews (demo and roofing) were always on time, fast, and the finished roof was impeccable. All lines of shingles are straight, and square with the world. Have already recommended a friend in need of a roof. At least one day, the roofing crew of 2 were here for 12 hours, to beat the rain. Very satisfied.
