The California Department of Veterans Affairs, California Transition Assistance Program (CalTAP) would like to invite service members, veterans, and their families to a webinar Discharge Upgrades that will highlight benefits and services available on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 10-11 a.m. Guest speakers will include CalTAP, Swords to Plowshares, Veterans Legal Institute, and a Local Interagency Network Coordinator (LINC). The next Veterans Outreach event will be a Wings of Change Virtual Art Workshop from 6:00-8:00PM on Thursday, December 10. FREE for veterans and active military (one guest welcome). Wooden butterflies are provided for painting to become a part of the Wings of Change public art exhibit at Deprise Brescia Art Gallery in Paso Robles. Participants must live in San Luis Obispo County. Paints, brushes, wooden butterfly, and other materials provided. For beginners and experienced artists. It's recommend participants use a computer or another device with a screen large enough to view our artist demonstrating instructions.
