The McNair Scholars TRIO program is a federally-funded program that helps first-generation, low income, and/or underrepresented students apply to doctoral programs across the nation and assists them in completing undergraduate research to help prepare them for graduate school.... If accepted to the program, students will receive: $2,800 summer stipend UNVS 125 Research Methods Course 3 units CR/NR (Free) Paired with a Faculty Mentor GRE waivers and training Present at various conferences Opportunities to explore graduate schools around the country for free!
