This is to bring your plant product down to as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit while the unit tumbles at a gentle 30 rpm. This unit also features a auto lift device that allow the primary tumbling chamber to raise out of the freezer by itself. It also has a built in digital temperature display and analog adjustment. The primary tumbling chamber features a curved back for easy collection as well as a removable top and front display lid for easy access to your products.
