Seed to Sage

Well, yesterday was our last day serving the Lincoln , Nebraska Community at Seed to Sage. Lincoln has been home for me for a total of almost 6 years, and although I love this place and the people so much and a part of my heart will always be here, it’s time to follow my heart back to the West coast to be with my family. To be able to see our vision come to fruition and to be able to create a space that feels like home and to serve people of all ages and backgrounds, has be...en nothing short of humbling. To all of our practice members who trusted me with yours and your family’s health, thank you, I was honored to have been a part of your healing journey. Until Seed to Sage finds a new home, I will keep busy posting on here all things related to health and well-being, because it is my passion to empower you to take yours and your family’s health into your own hands, and live the healthiest and most abundant life possible. For anyone who has started a business from the ground up, you know how much hard work, sleepless nights, and stress it takes on a person, and we could not have done it without this girl. She was a constant and inspiring person, who always showed up with a big smile, ready to go head down to work, and had the best jokes ever, making everyone crack a smile. Thank you for everything Paige Clark, we love you and are going to miss you! For those of you wondering what her next adv...enture will be, she will be managing Competitive Edge Sports, a youth wrestling gym in Lincoln, that focuses on making champions on and off the wrestling mat, and instilling core values that will help shape them into stellar young adults! She loves kids and will continue to love up on the kiddos there, just like she did for our seedlings at Seed to Sage!

It’s this sweet girls last week at Seed to Sage this week, and she is going to be missed so much! From making sure the office runs smoothly, connecting to our practice members, and answering all of your questions, to snuggling up on our little seedlings and posting all of our social media posts, this girl has been so integral in being able to serve you! We have a lot of changes happening at Seed to Sage, so stay tuned for some big announcements!

"What?! My adjustment is over already? Easy peezy!" Babies love getting adjusted and rarely cry during their adjustment. Their adjustments are extremely gentle and low pressure. The amount of pressure put on a babies spine while they are getting adjusted is the same amount of pressure you use to press a tomato to see if it is ripe. Fun fact for your Monday!
