Malcolm Smith presented at Scoops today on behalf of his partners Nick Volkenant and Travis Varpness. They founded Sota Extracts and created the brand Halara. Three chemical engineers and proud producers of the best cannabis concentrate in California. Unlike most brands, their cannabis is personally extracted in-house using our methods and engineering guarantee. Halara brings the purest form of cannabis with unparalleled clarity and smoothness. They produce and distribute h...igh THC cartridges. These great friends met and Graduated together in 2018 from the Chemical Engineering program at University of Minnesota. One of 5 areas of California allow their extraction technique so these Minnesota guys ended up here locally in Santa Rosa. The technique is called Volatile extraction and it is a process of using propane and butane to extract THC. These great members joined Scoops in 2018 and it took nearly 2 years to complete the permit and approval process to manufacture. Their brand Halara is now in 27 stores throughout Northern/Central California. Check out their website: https://gohalara.com/ See more

Way to go Rainy Day Chocolates and Jennifer Sund! Thanks so much for helping yesterday during our Keller Williams Red Day Community Day of Giving. I slept for 12 hours. I was wiped out after giving blood and then working at the Dogwood Animal Rescue Project. You killed it Jenn and were there the whole day! You are a true giver. Thanks again. They were amazed at how good their property looked.

Nick Volkenant, Malcolm Smith, and Travis Varpness presented today. They founded Sota Extracts. These great friends met and Graduated together in 2018 from the Chemical Engineering program at University of Minnesota. One of 5 areas of California allow their extraction technique so these Minnesota guys ended up here locally in Santa Rosa. Their business is focused on manufacturing and distributing of cannibis extraction. The technique is called Volatile extraction and it ...is a process of using propane and butane to extract THC. The process of approval to be an operational business approved is long and strenuous but the city of Santa Rosa has been great to work with and treats this Cannabis-based business like any other business in moving through the application and permitting processes. The Sota guys have been a welcome addition to the Scoop Club family. Extremely intelligent and friendly young entrepreneurs, Nick, Malcolm, and Travis are dedicated to creating a unique extraction that's developed using their studies in chemical engineering. They want to come to market using integrity and honesty. They are dispelled by the common misconceptions of the results of using cannabis based products. While there are medical and health benefits, there are some large distributors and companies providing false hopes in the cure of major diseases. Sota Extracts is nearly open for business after several years of raising capital, applications, and permitting processes. Meantime they will continue to focus on building relationships with buyers, growers, and dispensary establishments throughout Northern California.

David Deioma is our speaker today at Scoops. A great member and contributor to our club and nationwide traveler to promote his brand and product Mudroom Backpacks, Inc. Many Midwest homes have mud rooms where shoes and gear are stored before going into the home. That inspired us to design a versatile, patent protected backpack that is called the Mudroom Quartable. We know that when you commute to work, travel to attend destination races or events, or head out to the g...ym, you probably need to carry an extra pair of shoes. You may be carrying your race shoes or your fitness shoes or your work shoes, but no matter what, you need a place to put them so you can carry them along with the rest of your gear. Mudroom backpacks are constructed to let you carry your shoes in separate compartments away from the rest of your gear and devices. No more dirt on your devices, no more smelly shoes next to your other gear, no more need to carry an extra bag just to keep your shoes from mixing it up with your stuff. Easy - Make life easier because it reduces the number of bags you need to carry Simple - One pack solution for all of your gear Clean - Separate shoe compartments keep your stuff clean and more hygienic Choice - Multiple access points inside and out for shoes and laptop Durably Light Lightweight rip stop fabric Comfort Soft articulated shoulder straps and biomechanical back panel with air flow channels Fit - Easily fits under airline seats / No baggage costs Visible - High visibility reflective carry loop Check them out at www.mudroombackpacks.com or email at [email protected]
