Rising temperatures = You NEED to DRINK MORE WATER! While ice water is always a healthy choice, it can be far from exciting. Toss in a few flavored ice cubes and suddenly you have a beautiful, flavorful drink! Instructions: -Prepare your ingredients. Wash fruit and herbs and chop to your desired size.... -Place a few pieces of fruit and/or herbs into each compartment of your ice cube tray. -Fill the ice cube tray up with water. -Freeze. Be sure to check out our bulletin board for some flavor ideas during your next appointment!
