Many were upset that resta...urants could operate outdoors, allowing patrons without masks to dine, but salons could only operate inside buildings. This petition is in response to that mandate. An investigation in Missouri found no clients were known to be infected with COVID-19 after 139 clients were exposed to two hair stylists with the disease.
