Thank you to Vons, Albertsons and our incredible volunteer Sharon. By playing the Monopoly game and collecting game pieces, she redeemed grocery vouchers and shopped for an abundance of food each week to distribute to the community. There are so many ways to donate!

Come join us this Wednesday, 3/17 from 4-8 pm at the Three Frogs Beer Company located at 10366 Mission Gorge Road, Suite A in Santee. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Santee Food Bank.

Being a part of the San Diego Food Bank’s new Super Pantry has increased our capacity to serve all San Diego County residents that are in need of food assistance. This program will be in operation through December 31, 2020. Our hours of operation have also increased. We are open every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 11 am.

We are excited to announce that as part of the new Super Pantry Pilot Program, running from July 1st to December 31st, we have broadened our services to include zip codes outside of the City of Santee. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve more families and individuals in need.

We have exciting news! As part of a newly developed Super Pantry Pilot Program, running from July 1st to December 31st, the Santee Food Bank is expanding our hours of operation to 8-11 am every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Commodity hours will also be expanding to 8-11 am on the first and third Tuesday of each month. We are looking forward to serving our community even more.

Thank you to the Weston community for their generous food donation. Because of their kindness, many families in our community had a brighter Thanksgiving.
