If so, you’re not alone. More than one in five Californians with private health insurance reported receiving surprise medical bills at least once over the previous two years, according to a 2015 Consumer Reports survey.... Today in Sacramento, consumer advocates will launch a campaign they hope will eliminate such surprises.
