Well for our first race, we did great!! I lost both my stirrups and we managed to finish the whole pattern. A few bruises later, I am still so proud of my little mare. She composed her self like a seasoned pro! Now we have Vegas in a couple weeks for Barrels and Buckles for Bailey!
Piggles and I are out here at the fair!!! We barrel race today! Come by and say hi!!!!
Started the day off with teaching a lesson to miss Alexis and her 4 year old mare Holly ! When I started teaching Alexis and her mare, Holly would refuse to go forward. Kick out and pin her ears! After just 5 times of working with her, Alexis and Holly walked, trotted and cantered around with ease today! Even trotted off from a halt!! Great riding Alexis!!!
