Votes have been counted, and it’s official: Socialist India Walton is the winner of the Democratic primary to become mayor of Buffalo, New York’s 2nd biggest city. A wealthy real estate developer and vehement supporter of Donald Trump urged Buffalo’s business leaders to unite behind four-term incumbent Byron Brown, saying I will do everything I can to destroy her candidacy. The rich and powerful are intent on keeping India Walton out of the mayor’s office. We can’t let that happen. Please help.
