This week, we repaired a roof that had leaks, as well as damage to a part of the sloped area. We replaced the flat roof, sealed the leak areas, and also installed new shingles along the edges so it looks as good as new! #roofrepair

The HOA's brand new shingle roofs are installed! After removing all the old shingles and fixing any damaged plywood, we then installed underlayment, and finally the brand new shingles on top. Doesn't the new roof look great?

This week, we have been replacing the shingle roofs of two HOA buildings. The roofs were very old, the shingles were breaking apart, and granule loss was pretty severe. The first step was to remove all the old shingles and replace damaged plywood before installing the new shingles. Keep your eyes peeled for progress photos!
