By it...s nature, most hand sanitizer is alcohol-based and therefore flammable. Keeping it in your car during hot weather, exposing it to sun, and particularly being next to open flame while smoking in vehicles or grilling while enjoying this weekend can lead to disaster. We are OPEN! At Rolly’s Body Shop, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority. We are continuing to follow local state public health as well as the CDC guidance as we adjust our business to address daily changes and challenges. We are still writing estimates and taking in vehicles. If you would like to call on your way in or when you arrive we can meet you in the parking lot and have you remain in your vehicle. Please take a moment to read As our community begins to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Rolly’s Body Shop would like to share with you some of the steps we're taking to help protect the health and safety of our customers and our technicians, which is always our top priority. We're closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organ...ization and applicable public health agencies. We have increased our housekeeping and sanitization efforts in our shop. We are frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops, keypads, restroom surfaces etc. We're asking all of our staff to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection. In these efforts, we are advising our technicians to use disposable gloves, disinfectant spray, and cleaning solution. We have communicated with our staff that if experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have been diagnosed through testing with COVID-19 to stay home and follow the CDC's instructions. We also would like to provide curbside pickup and drop off to help follow the social and physical distancing advisories. We are also providing vehicle pickup and drop off within a reasonable radius and driving conditions permitting. All vehicles will be sanitized before and after repair as a precaution. In efforts to follow guidelines of social distancing we are also offering estimates by photo and email or while you wait in your vehicle. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust the actions taken as necessary to help limit the spread of this virus and do our part in helping to protect our valued customers and staff during this time.
