Guerneville Chamber of Commerce mixer at our park! So nice to host community leaders here on a beautiful evening.

What a joy it was to have students from Windsor Oaks Academy visiting our park today for a great Stewardship Day! Many thanks to their amazing teacher Jeremiah Kahmoson and the B-Rad Foundation for making this day possible. Together with Clean River Alliance, we got a lot of work done and really enjoyed a beautiful day!

We miss one of our favorite park visitors, "C.D." (Creative Designer) James Wade used to come by frequently for friendly conversation and smiles. He was such a free spirit and community standout. A talented artist, he offered to paint a mural on our brick toolshed. He passed away earlier this year and his presence is deeply missed.

What a joy it was to have students from Windsor Oaks Academy visiting our park today for a great Stewardship Day! Many thanks to their amazing teacher Jeremiah Kahmoson and the B-Rad Foundation for making this day possible. Together with Clean River Alliance, we got a lot of work done and really enjoyed a beautiful day!

Many thanks to Credo High School's service learning students who contributed two days' worth of volunteer time to help us fix up the park! Together with Russian Riverkeeper and Clean River Alliance staff, we fixed damaged birdhouses, helped us create a new flood marker on the tree for last January's big flood, cleaned out the SWIM river model and gave it a demonstration, weeded and planted dozens of native plants that we grew from seeds or cuttings in our greenhouse. It was a lot of fun and such a joy to spend outdoor time with these outstanding youth!
