Join me for a guided stretch class on Zoom every Sunday from 3pm-4pm. This class will help you become more aware of areas of tension in your body, while you learn specific stretches to loosen your restrictions. The fee is a suggested donation of $5. What you need to know: Wear comfortable clothing. Have a yoga mat or blanket laid out. Use a belt or scarf to assist if you can't reach your feet. During class your microphone will be muted. If you have a question at anytime you can turn your microphone on to ask. You can turn off your camera during class so you won't be visible on screen. Use caution when performing stretches. Know your limits, and don't go past your comfort level. By taking this class you assume all liability in the event of injury. Have you been stretching? You should stretch daily to maintain a normal range of motion, increase flexibility, and prevent pain and injury. This chart is a good general routine to guide you. Set aside 5-10 minutes each evening, and focus on areas where you feel tight or sore. Hold each stretch 30-60 seconds, don't bounce, and remember to breathe! #selfcare #stretch
