Amer Ali Memorial Golf Tournament Hello, my name is Jeff Sampson, Head Pro at Redhawk Golf Course. I am the golf coach for a local teen in Temecula. Her name is Nazreen Ali. Sadly, Nazreen’s father, Amer Ali, passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2019. Amer leaves behind a wonderful wife and 2 amazing daughters, ages 16 and 13. Amer truly had a love of the game of golf and it was one of his passions. It was special Daddy/Daughter time with Nazreen and it was also a way for ...him to strengthen connections with friends and coworkers. Because golf was such an important part of his life, we wanted to honor him and his family by hosting a golf tournament at the Redhawk Golf Course. The proceeds from the tournament will go straight to his family to help them financially, as well as multiple charities, such as the American Heart Association, being that Amer passed of an unexpected heart attack caused by an enlarged heart. The family was asked by many people what they could do, and the family said to please do good deeds in his name, and if they could, donate any amount of money in his name. This gave us the idea to put on a charity fundraiser tournament in the sport that he loved most. And the sport that the people he loved could enjoy together. Those who would rather not play golf, but still would like to donate, would be able to donate as well. Many people loved Amer Ali and we hope to be able to see you on February 8th to support the Ali family and to see a community come together to celebrate the life of Amer Ali. You can support a few ways: 1. Come out and play! I have attached a flyer for your convenience.
