Hello to all our Kindergarten and Grade school parents! As your children begin their return to school, please remember to: 1. Inform their teachers that they are a kids Kare pickup and that they need to line up with the kids Kare group at the bus zone (the bus cannot do multiple pickups at multiple locations on campuses.) 2. Please complete your child’s transportation information sheet with Ms. Susan, Ms. Beth or Ms. Lizzie. And 3. It is ESSENTIAL that we know if your chil...d is a pickup or not a pickup each day. With this year’s challenges the bus route is particularly complex and leaves very little time between school pickups, so we REALLY need your help in making sure everything goes to plan each day. Good morning, and happy Fall ya'll! I know...I know I'm a little bit late, but it's officially the first of November and in Fresno/Clovis that means we might actually...finally... be headed towards cooler weather...Soooo happy Fall! I know it's been a while, and everyone's been up to a million different things so I thought I'd show you all what I'm up to this morning by sharing one of my go to Fall recipes that I always get requests for....are you ready for....dun..dun..dun....... pumpkin chocolate chip muffins!!!! It's an easy recipe that I always double and then freeze the left over muffins for mornings when you need a quick breakfast as you're headed out the door...take it out of the freezer, pop it in the microwave, and done! Hello everyone out there in Kids Kare Land! As you know tomorrow Clovis Unified returns to school for the 2020-2021 school year. This school year, we as a community face a host of new situations and challenges. It is our hope that KKOR will function as a valuable resource for all of you during this ever-evolving period of transition. So that we may properly support you and your children during this time please ensure that: 1. Your child is provided with a fully charged ...device and headphones equipped with a microphone each day. 2. All devices/ accessories are labeled with your child’s first and last name. 3. KKOR is provided with all information/ schedules necessary to enable your child’s proper online access. 4. All applications are preloaded on your child’s device. As we move through this period of challenge, please remember that along with you, we are facing unprecedented changes to our daily routine, and we will continue to do our absolute best to be of service to all of our families during this time. Also, we would like to point out this weeks topic: patterns and textures! A simple activity to do with your child(ren) would be a "texture walk". Going on a walk in your yard and allowing them to touch/feel things such as the trees, grass, dirt, etc. and explain to you what the texture is. Our review letters of the week are: Aa & Bb.
