It will also include some exercises on the nigiri-game and a closer look at gripping the jars. Expect Terauchi Sensei to reminisce about doing sanchin in the 70's and early 80's with Anichi Miyagi Sensei and Kina Sensei as recently at training he has been doing a lot of such kinds of reminiscing.
