Couldn’t be happier for my buyer. Really proud of this one for two reasons...1) both sides were standing on not wanting to take on the responsibility of completing some work that needed to be done. But at the end of the day, I was able to negotiate a great credit and price reduction for my buyer that FAR exceeded his expectations and higher than the bottom line of what he was willing to take. 2) This is my first closing with The Regina Vannicola Real Estate Group!!
