Alright, I think I would be remiss if I didn't mention something about the current public health situation especially with all of the widespread panic that COVID-19 has caused. People often worry and panic in the face of the unknown and that is what this strain of the virus is; a pathogen about which we know very little. Has there been some unnecessary hype by the media? Yes, that's what the media is good at. Has it caused people to panic unnecessarily? yes. This doesn...'t mean we shouldn't be taking the necessary precautions to avoid contamination and or the spread. What should we be doing? The same thing we should always be doing: practice good hygiene, eat properly and nutritiously, get enough sleep and exercise. All of these can ensure that our bodies stay robust in the face of an infectious onslaught. The good thing I believe is that the government is working with the right people to get the situation under control. Don't panic! Be smart with your health and hygiene!
