Healing Through Forgiveness 30.10.2020

When you heal, the world heals. One foot in front of the other. One by one- intention by intention, willingness by willingness, decision by decision, goal by goal, thought by though, feeling by feeling, action by action. But most of us are so identified with our injuries, that we do not know how to let go of the bad blood. Although it will take time, it is possible to heal the worst wounds. It may seem counter intuitive, but the most fertile soil for healing is the pain of ...a crushed heart. Low and crushed, the heart has nowhere else to go, but to let go of that bad blood accumulated there from generations (or die, but this is not your choice if you are here, on this page.) So, take heart, anything is possible when you start to tend your heart; take your heart, put a drop of courage on it, moist it with a tear, revive it with a prayer: Lord, Jesus Christ, have mercy on me. Lord, Jesus Christ, have mercy on the whole world. It is possible to start on the right foot today- the right way of willingness. Let your heart be wounded and healed by God's love today. When you heal, the world heals. See more

Today I want to share something very personal. I do not usually do so, not because I lack honesty and openness, but because these posts, this page and whatever I will be called by God to do in the future, who knows, is not about me, but about you. (My mission is just to be an instrument, receiving from God and giving what I get to you, God's beloved people.) But today I am asking for your prayers. My heart is very sad today- Abbess Siluana, my forgiveness guide and mentor and... the creator of the Healing Through Forgiveness seminar, who is been battling cancer for quite a while, is very sick again. So, please pray for her. She is praying for us all, and is so happy whenever I tell her about you, your work, questions, insights, miracles, and everything you have been sharing with me. She is praying for all of us who are inspired to take the path of this truly courageous and sacrificial business of forgiveness- the radical healing of all life, of all who ever lived on earth... With every breath we take, every post we read, and every comment we make, we take some sort of action - we get involved in history. As you can tell, I only recently became active on FB. I am shyer than I seem to be and I do not like to fix people, but to inspire them towards healing. What determined me to be more active? The past six months of the Covid & Fear Pandemic gave me an unexpected gift: confirmation and validation of many of my insights, beliefs and concerns relate...d to my clients, myself and the world: denied problems, tightly swiped under the rug of "positive" . So, here I am, out of the comfort of my familiar office, out here with the intention to bring you true refreshment - a wind of hope, the wind of "anything is possible", the understanding that you do not YET see the possibilities, that these possibilities are hidden in YOU, under the unquestioned "positive"; that you may only have to unlearn some things, learn new things, and make the connections; that you may start to let go of the "impossible", "I can't", "I don't know how to...", "I'm just defective" and make space for the IT IS POSSIBLE. So, where do I start? Where anyone should start - I start with what I have: myself. I start exactly where I am: here, now. I start with the question: what do I do in the here, in the 'now', with the resources I have and do not have? How do I distill my experience in healing and passion for healing into heart-full, life-guiding hope? A new chapter for me, and a huge task, too! I am humble enough (although half willing to admit it) to know that I cannot do it all by myself. So here I am, working with a team to launch a beautiful new website, a vehicle of inspiration and nurture for you and your future. Here I am, overwhelmed by new possibilities and full of excitement, torn by doubts, and filled with uncertainty. I bet you know what I'm talking about. It is not easy to move out of the comfort of familiar and predictable; familiar, yes, but predictable, come on, who are we kidding? So, let's move together. Step by step, word by word, prayer by prayer, all in one - mind, body and spirit - all in action. May we all be inspired to ride into the wilderness of surprising possibilities. Miracles happen every day! See more

We must relinquish the notion that humanity is divided into two hostile camps, two different breeds of men: the just and the sinners -- those predestined for beatitude and those doomed to perdition. This is not so. We are all sinful, all tainted with original sin, and our Lord suffered for all of us. He is the friend of sinners and warns those to consider themselves righteous that publicans and harlots will enter the kingdom of heaven before them. All are equally dear to Him,... and it is to Him that the final judgement belongs. That is why Christ's words about love are directly followed by an admonition not to judge: 'Judge not, and you shall not be judged' (Luke 6:37). Judge not, and it will then be easier for you to love every man; judge not, and you will have no enemies. Look upon your 'enemies' as upon sick people, suffering from the same illness as yourself, on the point of perishing, just as you are. Abandon your personal judgement and look on things from the point of view of God's plan in the world. Remember that the good will undoubtedly end victorious, definitely and universally, leaving nothing to the devil". From "The Diary of a Russian Priest" - Alexander Elchaninov See more

Mature with age As human beings, as biological (living beings with logic and thinking) creatures, we go through the developmental stages of growth until we reac...h maturity and right judgment. Those who do not mature suffer and fail in life. Saint Paul called the new Christians to mature, to live a life worthy of their Calling. When lovers date there is a certain blindness that sets in their eyes because of their hormones, of an emotional longing. This blindness continues and is tolerated because of the responsibilities they both assumed after their wedding, raising their children. The emotional blindness is removed in a great degree in their retirement years when they have more time together. Some of their weaknesses or bad habits have grown in time and even become more apparent. If the partners have not matured during the years, then they cut each other down with insulting remarks. But those who have matured and become wiser over the years, they overlook them. In self-awareness, they see their own shortcomings. They live and let live. They pray for each other and support each other in their old age. They also strive to control their shortcomings, as much as they can. With love, Fr.J.P.A.

The blood cannot be cancelled. All past traumas run through our blood. We cannot cancel our blood. Ancestral trauma doesn't die with the traumatized person, but it gets transmitted to the next generation - the science shows it, too. Unless we deal with the inherited trauma appropriately, through forgiveness- and I don't mean doormat-like denial and learned helplessness, but through true forgiveness, dignity, discernment, with or without reconciliation- we will never be reli...eved. We'd better love ourselves first by "canceling" our heart's pain. I highly recommend the book: It Didn't Start With me, by Mark Wolynn. Anyways, the Spirit will never be cancelled.

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK

Healing Through Forgiveness 13.07.2020

What is the first thought, or feeling, or sensation that comes to you when you hear REPENT? Does your heart shrink? Does that old "I'm not good enough" lashes out at you? Does the "Don't tell me what to do" lashes out at others? Well, I am not here to judge you or tell you what to do. I am here to bring you a crumble of hope because I found a crumble of God in my mind So, if you have, as I still do, strong reactions to the word REPENT, if you are taken hostage by discomfor...t, stuck in shame, or fear, or something else... just take a breath, say a Jesus prayer or two (or more), then keep reading. REPENTANCE IS A MATTER OF PERSONAL CHANGE THROUGH LOVE, A MOVEMENT AWAY FROM OUR HUMAN LIMITED MIND TOWARDS GOD’S MIND. Repentance is not a guilt trip- only human beings guilt trip us, but God never does because He is Love and Love just loves and gives freely to the whole human package as is. So, the prerequisite for understanding true repentance is to believe that God is love. Why would you surrender if not to love? The word repentance comes from the Greek word METANOIA, which means change of mind: God calls us to change our mind, to exchange our mind, limited by needs and worries, for His unlimited mind of love and peace. We can understand repentance as a demand to Sin no more or else or as an invitation to the banquet of His mind: Come to the lavish table of My mind. Nourish yourself with My thoughts. Take My mind. Take My heart. Come to me, move out of yourself. Crawl, fall, get up, take a step. Come. Let us feast. What is God telling you today? Many times God tells us to move out of stuck-ness, to make a move. He knows us better than we know ourselves. By now I know that it is OK to fall on my butt. It is OK to crawl. God loves developmental movement. He loves to see his children's first step towards him, again and again... See more
