Working on something fun for a dinner - carrot cake bread pudding. A request from the Mrs. Can’t wait to see how it turns out! Perfect Fall colors on this gorgeous Fall day.
Thinking about these pizzas we made in the beautifully done outdoor kitchen at a stunning mountain-top winery in Healdsburg.

We served up some delicious food this past weekend. It was really fun to do a socially distanced pickup weekend at one of favorite wineries in Geyserville. Seems like the guests really enjoyed it much more than the typically crowded pickup party. Looking forward to the next one!!
Preparing a new seasoning salt for one of our clients. Dehydrating mushrooms to make the base for a nice earthy flavor.
Dry Creek peach salad with locally sourced ingredients - supporting local farmers as often as possible.
Individual appetizer plates because with covid, we have to make certain changes. It can still be pretty and taste delicious.
We just love this time of year- even when everything around us is so inconsistent and unknown, the vineyards are consistent - we can count on veraison occurring in July. Happy Friday!
CONGRATULATIONS TO MY OLDEST, ZAC! He graduated from UCSB and we couldn’t be more proud!!

Just sitting here writing recipes... this is one of our recent favorites: Yanni’s sausage stew. What are you cooking while you’re under the shelter-in-place order?
