Late post of an event we did Saturday night for a birthday party in Hayward. It was drop-off event for approximately 50 people. We did 10 different Hors D'oeuvres and appetizers: Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce Heirloom Tomato and Pluot Salad Oyster with mignonette and caviar Garlic-buttered sauteed shrimp... Asian Style Chicken Meatballs with pickled Carrots Duck Breast bites with raspberry sauce Fried Pork Belly in Ginger-tangerine sauce Ahi Poke Garlic Noodles Red Bean Dessert If you have an event that needs to be catered, please give us a call at 510-244-8700 or email us @ [email protected]. We did two events today. What a crazy day it has been. I hope everyone that got to attend the events, enjoyed the food. We take pride in using the best sustainable produce and meats we can get our hands on. What a long and fun day it has been.
