Replacing bread, pasta and rice for healthier food can be hard so congrats to my peeps for working hard. #MealPrepMonday: grass-fed skirt steak, organic mixed greens, green beans and avocado for lunch and pineapple as a healthy snack before a workout. Taking a little extra time each night to prep food for the next day means healthy eating all week!
