Yep. Living proof: My grandma Zelda, now 108 is a pianist, drummer & dancer. She has a cheery disposition and still smart, funny, clear minded and asks me follow up questions about the conversations we have from the previous day!

New Years Eve, 2019. The family band. Serena (now in College) playing an original song, mom Tessa on guitar, dad Kent on drums, sister Kelsa on back up vocals. Serena & Kelsa began music lessons when they were 5 & 6. Parental support and structure is one of those life lessons music teaches. Writing, performing for the group with their mom, attending class weekly, completing theory books, sticking with it when it was hard, enjoying it when it was good. Music brings family together.

Music truly has been my therapy. Apparently my 108 year old grandma Zeldas as well. We talk and laugh together everyday.

All these are great. I especially like #5, The more voices the better, #6 embrace your inner awesomeness & #? Everything counts.
