Strength in balance is a new blend of compound kettle bell movements focusing on power and strength; and specific balance postures to promote flexibility and stability, offering the true perfect balance to strengthen mind, body and spirit.... We are back on schedule for our outdoor classes tomorrow! The air quality is improving, but stay tuned for any changes! We appreciate you all as you support and choose to stay healthy with us. We would not be here without you.

We are thankful to each and every firefighter currently risking everything to help keep communities safe! And we’re feeling so inspired by two of our members who completed an entire Hot Pilates class in full gear. Classes are back on today, as air quality improves. Stay tuned for more daily updates!
