"Besides being so welcomed for a great cause, the thing that impressed me the most about my volunteer shift was just how organized everything was. We were made to feel both needed and safe upon our arrival, were given the proper safety needs such as masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing instructions immediately, and then had clear instructions on how the shift was going to go. I was surprised how fast time flew by, even asking my co-volunteer next to me on the line, 'R...eally? That's a wrap?' Meet one of our Community Champions, James King III! James is an ACE Certified Health Coach & Certified Precision Nutrition Coach whose mission is to promote healthy eating, movement, and community awareness through fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and volunteer opportunities. James held a Virtual Food Drive in support of the OC Food Bank, where every donor was given free access to his "7 Day Kickstart" Nutrition Program. The mission of the 7 day program is to help people ge...t started with improving their lifestyle habits. The program will be quite interactive and each day of the program will provide a new mini challenge. We would like to thank James for his efforts and raising $700 for the OC Food Bank!
