Dear OakHeart Country Music Festival attendees, The OakHeartCMF team would first like to start with all the continued support of OUR Festival right here in our home town. Since 2012 The Rotary Club of Westlake Village has raised well over $100,000 dollars for Local, National and International charities through this fun filled day. THANK YOU!... With the current state of the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) we here at OakHeartCMF are being sure your safety is our number one priority. With the amount of changes that have been implemented, and the extreme steps being taken we believe our state and government are doing what is needed to end this as safely and quickly as possible. As of just this week, if you have not heard, Ventura County has started to slowly lift restrictions on certain businesses, beaches and running trails. That being said we would like to announce.. Dustin Lynch is and has for a while been booked as our headliner for the 2020 OakHeartCMF that is set to take place on May 30th 2020. Unfortunately, it is likely that this year’s event may not happen. However, The Rotary Club of Westlake Village, Homegrown Events, Nashville Agents and Management, The Conejo Parks and Recreation District, and The City of Thousand Oaks, are closely watching this epidemic as well as working on an alternate date to make all of this happen for everyone. Homegrown Events and Oakheart CMF team will continue to keep you updated, as new and continuous information flows to us. Just a reminder! Parking for this years event WILL BE LIMITED! We encourage everyone to Uber, Carpool or take advantage of our FREE RoadRunner shuttle operating from 2pm-11pm on the day of the event. Running from Thousand Oaks High School. Event Parking is FREE so get there early!
