SHELTER-IN-PLACE UPDATE UPDATED: 04/01/2020 Dear Customers,... We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and employees very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Status of Operations as of 04/01/2020 To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing. The local governments have mandated the shelter-in-place remain active until at least May 1st. As of yesterday, several counties throughout the Bay Area no longer are viewing solar as an "essential service". This has impacted customers in the following areas below: Production - At this time we are unable to perform any onsite services unless they are considered emergencies (i.e. roof leak or electrical hazard). If you have a service that fits within this category please contact us at 877-828-5582 or email us at [email protected] as we are actively monitoring both voicemails and emails from home (Please note our voicemail message is outdated and to please disregard). All other services will resume as soon as the shelter-in-place has been lifted, or if the guidance rules change. For customers that have already passed inspection and are waiting to have their solar systems turned on, we are still processing these NEM's through PG&E. However, we are working with an incredibly limited staff so please expect timelines to be delayed. Sales - We are happy to announce that we are now providing 100% online Solar and Energy Storage consultations! So if you're an existing solar customer looking to add a battery or more panels, we can provide you an estimate 100% online now.
