We are pleased/relieved/excited/etc. to announce that we are FINALLY reopening. Again. Our first day back will be this Saturday, May 15th. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW. Alright, folks. The inevitable announcement we’ve all been dreading As we’re sure most in our position have, we’ve been strongly conflicted since this thing hit.... Do we stay open, pushing through and providing our customers with an escape (pardon the pun) from the chaos, continuing to take as many extra precautions as possible, and doing our best to ensure people’s safety? Do we switch to strictly private games, like so many others have been? Would these measures be enough? The simple fact that we cannot answer with a definitive YES - there is no way to guarantee a completely safe environment, given the uncertainty of what we’re facing - ultimately led to our decision to temporarily cease operation at NorCal Escape Co., effective immediately. It’s too early to put a timeframe on this yet, so keep an eye out for further updates regarding a potential reopening date and when ticket sales will resume. To those that currently have bookings with us, we would like to extend our apologies for the inconvenience and assure you that you will have the option to reschedule once we’re back up and running, or if your situation doesn’t allow you to reschedule, we will be happy to issue a refund. We will be reaching out within the next few days to see what your preference is, but feel free to email us if you have any questions. And last, but definitely not least, we would like to thank our incredible staff for their hard work and dedication throughout, and their support of our decision regarding this issue.
