We are taking the Komo router apart today to realign the spindle. We want tighter tolerances and our goal today is to get it within 1/100,000 inch.

We have received our shipment of thermally modified oak. This stuff is wonderful to work with. It is dimensionally stable and extremely durable in exterior applications. It makes great looking outdoor furniture.

After a few trials and dialing the rpm's, feedrate and coolant flow, we were able to come up with an excellent cutting recipe for the Silicon Bronze.
