Update for you! Just a regular Friday during the pandemic with nowhere to go but your backyard/patio/kitchen/living room/etc? Put on your faux fur and enjoy a glass of wine or your fave cocktail. @londonbreedformayor announced that SF salons can open, after being closed for 5+ months,on 9/1 for outdoor services . Mandated by Dept. of Consumer Affairs and OSHA salons can only cut hair (no color and shampooing is allowed). There’s also logistics of proper tent coverage... and still having a 6’ allowance for a walking path on the sidewalk, running electrical from indoors to outdoors, liability insurance, air quality, etc. For now we will remain closed and we will not open on 9/1.
