I just posted our behavior evaluation of Buckus at OCAC from Monday. Here is a video taken by former OCAC volunteer Chris L Hawkes, who went to spend time with... Buckus on Sunday by his kennel, as he is still in one of the public view buildings. As you can see, Buckus is completely shut down and terrified, but despite this overwhelming fear, never has he bitten or attempted to bite anyone. This dog has never been given a chance, and really deserves one.
