Sexual Harassment Prevention Training - we just completed two sessions this morning. It is not too late to meet the January 1, 2021 deadline: While many human resource initiatives and compliance programs have been placed on the backburner in the face of COVID-19, it does not appear that California’s sexual harassment training mandate will be one of them.... California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years.
