Do Flies Cause Garbage? We all know that flies do not cause garbage and killing the flies will not cause the garbage to disappear. In other words, the garbage must be removed in order for the flies to dissipate, because the habitat for the flies’ existence is no longer available. The Germ theory and the Terrain theory are two concepts introduced regarding diseases and their causative agents. The Germ theory states that diseases are caused by microorganismsvarious types of ...microorganisms invade the body and cause infections of varying intensitieslike flies causing garbage. However, a different concept to this theory was built later by scientists and is known as the Terrain theory, which was initiated by Claude Bernard and later developed by Antoine Bechamp. According to the Terrain theory, our internal environment is responsible for the occurrence of disease. The quality of our internal environment (our terrain) mainly determines our susceptibility to a diseaselike garbage attracting flies. The Terrain theory understands if an individual maintains a healthy internal environment (terrain), our system can handle outside invaders or threats which can manifest into diseases. When our internal environment (terrain) is weak (low immune system), the body is unable to fight and dis-ease occurs. Hence, our HEALTH depends on the QUALITY (weak or strong) of our individual terrain and other elements of the body. This is the difference between the Germ theory and the Terrain theory! Therefore, susceptibility to dis-ease in the body (disease) depends on the QUALTY of our internal environment (terrain), rather than the invading microorganisms. When our body functions at homeostasis and when immunity and detoxification work properly, our individual terrain remains healthy. When there is a healthy terrain, our body can protect against foreign pathogenic microorganisms and dis-ease will be corrected by our immune system before it manifests into disease. A weak terrain is more vulnerable to external invaders! Strengthening our internal terrain is accomplished by balancing metabolic processes which include a CLEAN diet, detoxification, MAINTAING proper PH, ADEQUATE exercise, a WELL-FUNCTIONING nerve system, and ENOUGH rest! Therefore, the Terrain theory encourages YOU to provide a healthy terrain in order to FIGHT DISEASE.
